Being socially responsible is part of Emplois Compétences DNA. Our slogan reflects this conviction: Engaging people for tomorrow. The specific mission of Emplois Compétences stems from a clear understanding of local manufacturers needs: to deploy a strategy to counter skilled labor shortages not only in the short term, but by investing in the community to ensure a prosperous future. Incidentally, on the 20th anniversary of the firm, employees were asked to choose two causes to which Emplois Compétences would provide financial support: Dysphasie-Estrie and Commun’École.

As part of its 20-year anniversary celebrations, the administrators of Emplois Compétences chose to form a partnership with the Commun’École organization, who allows dropouts to rejoin school and the employment market.

As part of its 20-year anniversary celebrations, the administrators of Emplois Compétences chose to form a partnership with the Dysphasie-Estrie organization. Which aims to promote a better understanding of people with dysphasia and promulgate, on all levels, support services intended for them and their families.
