Christine Boucher

Strategic HR consulting services manager

Christine holds a master’s degree in Career counselling from Université de Sherbrooke. She has nearly 25 years of experience in the field, including 5 years as the manager of an internationally known company offering recruiting solutions and HR consulting services. Her role and professional interests lead her to participate in several multidisciplinary groups related to employment growth in the Estrie region. She is convinced that to ensure their performance, organizations must first invest in their human capital. The present circumstances require managers to have a clear and stimulating vision of their company’s future to ensure their teams are taking action and achieving goals. Through her interventions, Christine strategically supports leaders in projects, among other things, in management coaching, in potential assessment, in training and in organizational development. Christine, who is recognized for her interpersonal skills, has the ability to create privileged and close relationships with people. She is authentic, honest and focused on excellency and she constantly exceeds her clients’ expectations while sharing her passion for the development of human potential. 

 


 

Nathalie De Pauw, ACC certified Coach

For more than 20 years, Nathalie has been visiting organization managers and professionals in order to accompany them in their improvement processes. She works by using strategies such as coaching, training, codevelopment group facilitating and providing consulting services in human resources management. Certified by the International Coach Federation, she also holds higher education training in skill development, in intervention and in human resources management. She is passionate about establishing a real partnership with her clients in order to reach a common goal. She gets involved in accompanying her clients efficiently through change while ensuring the transition is in a respectful, committed, authentic, enthusiastic and ethical matter, all while being part of the action. Since her childhood, she has been among entrepreneurs. Her life path has brought her to implement human resources services in rapidly growing manufactures and to manage many training programs for private, community and public organizations (industries: technologies, education, health and social services, computer science, furniture, engineering, rubber, machining, employability, EAP, etc.).
